Education & Career Development Counselling

Education is a movement from darkness to light. Although education is directly connected with the economic development of the country, sufficient education to all children of India is still not available. Without education, people continue to remain in cycles of poverty and backwardness for generations.

The hierarchy of the Indian education system follows a “10+2+3” educational pattern. Generally, school education is taken at nearby places. Thereafter, there are further levels of education including:

  • Under-Graduate / Bachelor’s level education
  • Post-Graduate / Master’s level education
  • Doctoral studies / Ph.D. level education
  • Vocational Education & Training, Certificate and Diploma programs

The Indian education system is expected to evolve with the implementation of the New Education Policy (NEP), bringing reforms to promote holistic learning.

Often, children are deprived of the access to better information. The learning methodology also lacks development of key skills such as reasoning, problem-solving, self-learning, and critical thinking. These challenges make educational and career counselling essential.

Career development is a lifelong journey. Career counselling helps students and professionals make informed decisions about their studies, career paths, and job roles, based on interests, skills, and goals. It also supports those seeking a career change, job-hunting strategies, or mentoring.
